Rainbow English Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Native Teacher who loves children. We believe the best curriculum in one that evolves. • Position: native English teacher (kinder and elementary level)
• Subject: phonics, conversation, writing, debate, etc
What Makes Us Special
• Collaborative Rotation System
you will work alongside two dedicated Korean bilingual teachers.
This collaborative approach allows you to focus on core communication skills while the Korean teachers support specialized areas. Work in a team of 3teachers classes to keep the energy high and the learning dynamic.
All 3teachers will teach 30minutes each class in one session.
• Visual-Rich Curriculum / Creative theme classes
We mainly teach kindergarten and elementary students.
We need to create dynamic and interactive lessons, making learning intuitive and fun for even our youngest students.
-Every 2omths lead exciting Science or Cooking classes. The academy provides all materials, budgets, and guidelines.
• Summer & Winter vacation
Working Conditions/ 근무조건
• Location: 39, Pangyodaejang-ro, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea
• Salary: 2.2M-2.4M KRW (Negotiable based on experience)
• Regular Hours: 1:00pm – 7:00pm
Teaching Hours: 2:30pm-6:00pm / 1:00pm-1:50pm (adult class but not usual)
Qualification /자격요건
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Valid visa holders F-2, F-5, F-6, E-2 / valid visa allowing work in Korea
Preferred qualification/우대사항
• Currently residing in Korea preferred
• Candidates interested in long-term employment preferred
• Preference given to those with experience in early childhood education
• Basic Korean language ability preferred

1. 모집 개요
· 모집 분야: 원어민 영어 강사
· 담당 업무: 파닉스(Phonics), 회화(Conversation), 라이팅(Writing), 디베이트(Debate) 등 영어 수업 전반
2. 근무 조건
· 근무 시간: 월~금 13:00 ~ 19:00
· 급여: 월 220만 원 ~ 240만 원 (경력에 따라 협의)

3. 지원 자격
· 비자: E-2, F-2, F-4, F-5, F-6 비자 소지자
· 학력: 4년제 대학 학사 학위 이상 소지자
4. 우대 사항
· 현재 한국 내 거주지가 있는 분 우대 (Currently residing in Korea)
· 장기 근무 가능자 우대
· F-2, F-5, F-6 비자 소지자 우대
· 초등/유아 영어 교육 경력자 우대
· 한국어 의사소통 가능자 우대
