Full-Time Native Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher
Start Date: March 3, 2026
TIL I’M ELEVEN English is seeking a warm, responsible, and dedicated full-time native English teacher to lead a kindergarten homeroom class and teach early elementary after-school classes.
We are a well-established early childhood center in Pangyo with a supportive team and a structured curriculum.
Position Details
Location:
327, Pangyowon-ro, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea
(Pangyo Campus)
Start Date:
March 3, 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch provided)
Teaching Hours:
Approximately ~30 hours of instruction per week
Students:
Kindergarten (ages 4–7) & early elementary (after-school)
Class Role:

Full kindergarten homeroom teacher

Afternoon early elementary classes (Speaking, Reading, Activity-Based English)

All curriculum materials provided
Responsibilities
-
Lead a kindergarten homeroom class with professionalism, warmth, and consistency
-
Teach a variety of kindergarten subjects (English, Phonics, Art, Science, Social Studies, Activity-based lessons)

Teach early elementary after-school classes
-
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
-
Collaborate closely with Korean co-teachers and staff
-
Follow the school’s established curriculum and routines
-
Participate in school events and seasonal programs
Qualifications
-
Native English speaker
-
Valid visa required (E2 or F-series preferred)
-
Experience teaching young children strongly preferred
-
Patient, energetic, and passionate about early childhood education
-
Responsible, reliable, and team-oriented
-
Education, English, History, or Debate background preferred
-
TEFL, CELTA, or Montessori certification preferred
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range:2.40M–3.10M KRW per month
(Based on experience; finalized after interview)
